Resultat modellportföljer andra kvartalet 2015 (1 juli 2015)

Investtechs modellportföljer steg i andra kvartal i genomsnitt 7,3 procentenheter i förhållande till referensindex. Speciellt portföljen i Nederland uppvisade goda resultat, med en avkastning på 29,7 procentenheter bättre än index. I Sverige slog portföljen index med 3,4 procentenheter.

*Meravkastning under ett kvartal beräknas före courtage i förhållande till referensindex. Meravkastningen beräknas som meravkastning under senaste perioden minus meravkastning under förra perioden. Aktierna i portföljerna ska i stora drag återspegla index, och risknivån i Modellportföljerna har varit i linje med marknaden. Traderportföljerna söker aktivt hög risk/avkastning och har inget krav på fördelning mellan olika sektorer.

  • Stockpicking, men avvik inte för långt från index, i alla fall inte när index är tekniskt negativt eller neutral.
  • Köp aktier i stigande trender på medellång/lång sikt, eller vid etablerade formationsbrott eller brott på motstånd.
  • Köp på stöd i stigande marknad. Var försiktig med försäljning på motstånd i stigande marknader.
  • Sälj på motstånd i fallande marknad. Var försiktigt med köp på stöd i fallande marknad.
  • Maximera vinster och minimera förluster. Behåll aktier i en stigande trend. Sälj aktier snabbt vid förlust.

Modellportföljen

Modellportföljen är en fiktiv portfölj.

Modellportföljens syfte är köpa och sälja aktier baserat på Investtechs automatiska analyser, både teknisk analys och insideranalys.

Målsättningen är att ge absolutavkastning och meravkastning jämfört med referensindex, OMX Stockholm PI.

Placeringshorisonten är relativt långsiktig. Det genomsnittliga innehavet är runt två månader per aktie.

Risknivån ska vara i linje med börsen som helhet. Portföljen ska ha en viss sektorspridning.

Portföljens avkastning uppdateras varje kväll.

Portföljen består av 5 till 10 aktier. Varje innehav har samma andel av portföljen och balanseras varje kväll.

Eventuella omplaceringar publiceras före kl 09.00 på onsdagen och görs på senaste handelsdagens slutkurs, det vill säga vanligtvis tisdagens slutkurs.

Courtage på 0.2 procent räknas av vid varje handel. Inget courtage räknas av vid den dagliga ombalanseringen.
